Responsibilities
Join a thriving team handling a diverse and high-impact caseload, including:
Professional Liability involving doctors, nurses, healthcare providers, insurance agents, brokers, real estate agents, and engineers
General Liability claims such as slip and falls and premises liability
Catastrophic Personal Injury matters — including high-stakes construction site incidents
This role offers exposure to complex defense-side litigation with meaningful opportunities to lead cases and develop a deep, specialized expertise
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in employment litigation
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Admitted to practice law in California
