Responsibilities
Take immediate ownership of complex real estate transactions
Collaborate on sophisticated deals with institutional and private equity-backed clients
Handle purchase/sale agreements, leasing, finance, and JV structuring
Serve as outside general counsel to luxury hospitality brands
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of transactional real estate experience (ideally big firm trained)
No history of frequent moves (no more than 4–5 firms in the past decade)
Work independently—no training bandwidth, so strong prior experience is essential
Preferred
Experience with joint ventures, leasing, and financing strongly preferred
