Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to optimize the entire technical delivery life-cycle, from design through deployment, to ensure faster throughput, improved resource utilization, and predictable outcomes
Advocate programs that incorporate automation, data analytics, and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities to simplify routine operations, reduce manual intervention, and increase overall system resilience
Oversee critical cross-functional engagements, including those with third-party vendors, ensuring aligned delivery, monitoring, and clear escalation paths for mission-critical services
Develop clear, data-driven reports on program status, risks, budget utilization, and impact against organizational scalability goals, presenting findings to leadership
Define and deliver new capability to improve overall fleet health and performance across critical metrics like availability, time to repair, and labor requirements

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience in software or systems engineering from design through deployment

Preferred

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in data analysis, supply chain, and data center automation
Experience in SQL
Excellent investigative thinking skills
