Responsibilities
Provides analytical, technical, and project management support for the Holistic Health Division
Plays a key role in leveraging data and technology to enhance clinical and administrative operations across the division
Supports the development, implementation, and optimization of health information systems—including Epic and related applications
Ensures that technology solutions align with campus and divisional priorities
Drives data-informed decision-making by designing and maintaining dashboards, compiling and interpreting EMR data, and reporting on health trends, productivity metrics, and service outcomes
Acts as the liaison between Holistic Health and Information Technology Solutions (ITS)
Coordinates system improvements, ensures end-user needs are met, and manages IT-related projects that enhance efficiency, service delivery, and student well-being outcomes
Qualification
Required
Analytical, technical, and project management support experience
Experience with health information systems, including Epic and related applications
Ability to leverage data and technology to enhance clinical and administrative operations
Experience in designing and maintaining dashboards
Ability to compile and interpret EMR data
Experience in reporting on health trends, productivity metrics, and service outcomes
Ability to act as a liaison between Holistic Health and Information Technology Solutions (ITS)
Experience coordinating system improvements
Ability to ensure end-user needs are met
Experience managing IT-related projects that enhance efficiency, service delivery, and student well-being outcomes
Current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position
Compliance with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements
