Assistant Learning & Development Manager (Female only)

Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with business goals
Partner with business leaders across the organization to identify skill gaps and training needs
Design, develop, and implement a variety of learning programs, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, coaching, and mentoring programs
Manage and develop the Learning and Development team
Manage the Learning and Development budget
Oversee learning technology platforms and ensure their effectiveness
Advocate for a culture of continuous learning within the organization
Identify current and future competencies / capabilities needed for successful performance in leadership positions that aligns with business needs
Execute comprehensive PDP for selected talent for each position that identify key strengths and areas of development
Work closely with line managers to coach and develop a follow-up program to ensure the development goals are achieved
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a Learning & Development or HR setting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in utilizing office software and tools for efficient record management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
