Senior Director, HR Business Partner
Qcells North America is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with extensive HR leadership experience. This role will act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing expert insights and guidance on all HR-related matters
Oversee HRBP and Employee Full Lifecycle functions, including but not limited to: Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Employee Experience (onboarding/offboarding), Engagement, and Communications
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and promote organizational growth and efficiency
Foster a culture that supports the company’s mission, values, and promotes employee engagement and satisfaction
Lead the development and execution of performance management cycle to enhance employee productivity and retention
Manage internal corporate communications strategies to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's vision
Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business success
Lead, mentor, and coach team members, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
Stay current with HR trends, best practices, and legal compliance requirements, ensuring the company remains competitive and compliant in partnership with Legal
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership experience overseeing HRBP teams in high-growth, complex, or regulated environments
Experience working in global and/or matrixed organizations with geographically dispersed teams
Demonstrated experience supporting executive leaders in organizational design, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management
Expertise in Talent Management including talent review, succession planning
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial, operational, and talent implications of business decisions
Proven ability to influence at all levels of an organization with strong executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Preferred
Experience within financial services, capital markets, renewable energy, or similarly regulated industries
Experience supporting lending, financing, or investment-driven organizations
HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday and ADP
