Handle a variety of employment litigation matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage & hour, and harassment claims
Collaborate closely with lead attorneys on case strategy, litigation milestones, and client communications
Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and take depositions
Engage in rapid response matters and workplace investigations
Strategically manage and drive cases forward with autonomy and support

Required

1+ years of experience in employment litigation
