Responsibilities

Lead time-sensitive projects for GTM by understanding context and developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations
Own technical systems, relationships, and business requirements document (BRD) end-to-end that deliver product and customer outcomes at scale (e.g., GBO's ProdPrio, Ads GTM Tooling, etc.)
Work cross-functionally with cross-GTM teams, People Operations, Sales Finance, Marketing, and Communications teams to scope, manage and execute projects
Deliver insights from quantitative and qualitative data analysis; communicate key findings to leadership with executive-ready presentations; program managing efforts on behalf of our stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree

Preferred

2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment
Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations
Understanding of GBO and its business channels and teams (i.e., LCS, GCS, rGTM, GST, etc.)
Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining excellent attention to execution details
Excellent communication skills to help teams move with greater speed and efficiency to big outcomes
Excellent program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously that span Alphabet's different divisions
