Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and provide attentive and courteous assistance

Manage and respond to email correspondence in a timely manner

Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update organizational records

Handle scheduling and coordinate appointments effectively

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Assist with creating and editing documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Organize and maintain files for easy access and reference

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting

Support team members with administrative tasks as needed

Ensure all communications and tasks align with the organization's goals and standards

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a non-profit environment

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Written and verbal fluency in Spanish
