Responsibilities

Perform systems design and analysis, solution definition, development, testing and implementation of various client-server, web-based software application system of internal Mastercard Products and software solutions offerings, intended to reach and support billions of credit card transactions per month

Provide database/software modeling work and maintenance coverage for specific core software applications

Analyze requirements and work closely with colleagues in overall governance and creation of detailed software designs that are congruent with internal paradigms

Deliver software solutions by providing day-to-day technical leadership and mentorship for a team of other developers as well as contributing hands-on to the development of the software

Develop innovative new approaches to complex design problems and identify product solutions gaps to innovate new technology

Furthermore, responsible for overseeing testing and implementation of product solutions and solve technical gaps where needed

Required

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Comp Info Syst, Computer / Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Industrial Engr, Mgmt Info Systems, Bus. Admin., Engineering (any) or related technical field and three (3) years of experience in job offered, or as Senior Application Development Software Engineer, Software Engineer, IT Engineer, Software Developer, Technical Lead, Programmer Analyst or related position

In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, and six (6) years of progressively responsible work experience

Qualifying experience must include one (1) year with each of the following: JAVA/J2EE; SQL; PL/SQL; HTML/XHTML; JSON/XML; ORACLE/MYSQL; SPRING/STRUTS; APACHE TOMCAT/TOMCAT; WINDOWS/LINUX; ECLIPSE; JENKINS OR CI/CD TOOLS
