Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Initiatives: Take ownership of high-impact business development projects, leading them from ideation through to implementation and delivery

Project Execution: Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and success metrics to ensure on-time and on-budget execution of initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization—such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Legal—to align efforts, uncover dependencies, and ensure unified execution

Program Design & Overview: Build comprehensive project and program overviews, including business cases, implementation roadmaps, resource plans, and risk assessments

Leadership & Influence: Act as a central driver of progress, removing roadblocks, managing stakeholders, and maintaining accountability without direct authority

Executive Communication: Prepare and present concise updates, strategic briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership

Continuous Improvement: Analyze past project performance and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, scalability, and execution quality

Required

Bachelor's degree required

7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in business development, corporate strategy, or a related function

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-departmental projects with a track record of successful outcomes

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills

Preferred

PMP or similar certification is a plus

Experience in high-growth or transformation environments

Background in consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or strategic planning is a bonus
