Responsibilities

Take ownership of our nationwide used truck inventory, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
Engage customers across consumer, business, and dealer channels, leveraging a high-volume, fast-moving fleet and a well-established brand
Conduct proactive outreach, relationship building, and disciplined pipeline management through consistent calls, emails, and follow-ups

Qualification

Dealership sales experienceB2B salesSalesforce proficiencyPipeline managementNegotiation skillsOrganizedCustomer relationshipsSelf-motivated

Required

5+ years of dealership sales experience, ideally with light or medium-duty trucks
Proven success in B2B and fleet equipment sales
Strong proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including activity tracking and forecasting
Excellent remote negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a performance-driven environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Existing national or multi-state customer relationships
