Qualification
Required
Minimum of an Academic Doctoral Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology or related area
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology or Speech Language Pathology
Kentucky licensure or eligibility
Experience in department or program administration
