Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad for web and enterprise applications
Analyze system performance under various load conditions including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing
Act as an individual contributor by independently handling end-to-end performance testing activities
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members when required
Monitor application performance using Dynatrace and AppDynamics to identify bottlenecks and root causes
Analyze performance metrics such as response time, throughput, CPU, memory, and network utilization
Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues
Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) testing, including validation of system performance in DR environments
Prepare and present detailed performance test reports with findings, recommendations, and improvement areas
Ensure performance testing aligns with business SLAs and non-functional requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in NeoLoad scripting and scenario design
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and AppDynamics for application performance monitoring
Solid understanding of performance engineering concepts and best practices
Experience in Disaster Recovery testing and high-availability environments
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
