Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies for the Private Credit and Leveraged Finance practice in alignment with firmwide priorities
Partner directly with practice leadership to identify growth opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support cross-selling initiatives across practices and industries
Oversee the preparation of high-quality pitches, RFP responses, and presentations, ensuring messaging is tailored and commercially compelling
Work closely with Competitive Intelligence and Marketing teams to monitor market trends, client activity, and competitor developments
Support individual partner business development plans and assist with lateral partner integration
Manage and support client-facing events, sponsorships, and thought leadership initiatives, tracking impact and ROI
Qualification
Required
Strong business development and marketing experience from a law firm or professional services environment
Develop and execute business development strategies for the Private Credit and Leveraged Finance practice in alignment with firmwide priorities
Partner directly with practice leadership to identify growth opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support cross-selling initiatives across practices and industries
