Responsibilities
Supervise a team of contract reviewers
Provide support to company legal staff in connection with legal service to the consulting businesses
Review commercial contracts including NDAs, DPAs, vendor/subcontractor agreements, employment contracts, and technology-related agreements
Lead high-performing teams and serve as an escalation point during the contract management process
Streamline contract management initiatives and develop playbooks
Qualification
Required
J.D. from a U.S.-accredited law school
Admitted and in good standing in New York
At least 5-8 years of experience in commercial transactions and contract management in a high-volume setting
Substantial experience leading a contract management team, preferably in an in-house setting
Ability to rapidly assume responsibility for contract review operations with minimal oversight
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across numerous client groups
Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience streamlining contract management initiatives and developing playbooks
