Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, design, develop and implement additions and changes to network hardware, infrastructure server environments, and operating systems
Provide direct support in day-to-day operations of network hardware and operating systems
Troubleshoot at both physical and logical network levels
Participate in planning, design, technical review and implementation for new network infrastructure
Perform systems management and integration functions across multi-enclave environments
Maintain network infrastructure standards including communication protocols such as TCP/IP
Diagnose and resolve complex communication problems
Ensure systems are current with approved patches and assist with certification and accreditation tasks
Develop strategy for client/server systems and design infrastructure to support that strategy
Advise on selection of technological purchases for processing, data storage, data access, and applications development
Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities
Support DevSecOps practices and tools implementation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering or related field
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
Experience with SAFe Agile framework
Understanding of forensic and investigative system requirements
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing secure systems in government environments
Advanced proficiency with virtualization technologies (VSphere, VXRail, Proxmox, Nutanix)
Advanced proficiency with network administration and security
Advanced proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, SC2S, C2S)
Advanced proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems
Advanced proficiency with Windows Active Directory
Advanced proficiency with network hardware (Cisco, Arista, SonicWall)
Advanced proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Advanced proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Advanced proficiency with security accreditation processes
Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure
Experience with Nutanix HCI, Linux/Windows, VMWare
Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools
Experience with Elasticsearch, Splunk, and other data platforms
Experience with Python and C# for automation and scripting
Experience with database technologies (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with LDAP/OpenLDAP, ADFS, Keycloak
Experience with tunneling protocols (GRE, IPSec, SSH, SSL)
Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check and polygraph examination
May require flexible scheduling to support critical operations
Must be able to respond to critical incidents within designated resolution timelines
