Responsibilities

Prepare and update financial plans, reports, and investment proposals

Assist with account opening, transfers, and maintenance

Coordinate client meetings and follow-up tasks

Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance documentation is complete

Serve as a liaison between clients and advisors for service-related inquiries

Support advisors with research, data entry, and plan implementation

Assist with clients requests, as needed

Provide back-up support for team, as needed
