Responsibilities
Serve as the local face of Eyring Movers in Strongsville, attending events, engaging with community groups, and building relationships with families, homeowners, and referral partners
Develop and nurture connections with realtors, mortgage brokers, senior living communities, builders, business owners, and other local referral sources
Meet with customers in their homes or virtually to understand their moving needs and provide a professional, accurate estimate
Guide customers through the moving process with empathy, clarity, and consistent follow-through
Maintain detailed notes and activity tracking in SmartMoving
Partner closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless, exceptional experience
Share market insights, community trends, and opportunities with leadership to support our Strongsville expansion strategy
Qualification
Required
Someone well networked within Strongsville (community groups, schools, sports, business associations, neighborhood connections, etc.)
Experience in B2C customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, real estate, senior living, service industries, etc.)
Outstanding people skills - warm, confident, trustworthy, and service-driven
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Tech-comfortable (email, text, smartphones, CRM systems)
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for appointments and events
A genuine desire to represent a reputable company and help us grow in a new market
