Sales Director - EHR Partnerships
Talent is a well-funded Series B Health Tech company operating in the Value Based Care space, seeking a Sales Director to lead their EHR Partnerships efforts. This role involves leading strategic sales discussions and managing partnerships with EHR vendors, while also influencing product strategy and representing the company at industry events.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic sales discussions with EHR vendors and manage a strong partnership pipeline
Negotiate commercial agreements that drive new integrations and distribution
Influence product and strategy using deep EHR market insights
Serve as the organization’s EHR expert and deliver executive-level demos and presentations
Represent the company at key industry events and refine GTM positioning
Qualification
Required
Senior healthcare sales leader with extensive EHR experience and relationships
7+ years selling to or partnering with major EHR platforms; strong track record in complex SaaS/BD deals
Deep understanding of EHR integrations, APIs, workflows, and interoperability
Strong communicator with C-suite presence; thrives in fast-moving environments

Located in NYC for hybrid model
Remote role in EST Time zone preferred
