Responsibilities

Build and execute the global marketing strategy with a strong focus on organic growth

Drive guerrilla marketing and community-led growth initiatives

Own the marketing budget: allocate spend efficiently to grow without unnecessary burn

Be accountable for clear user acquisition KPIs (key metrics: DAU and paying users)

Ensure steady user growth, analyse performance, and continuously iterate on the strategy

Identify and collaborate with influencers in AI, development, and software niches (YouTube, Twitter/X, Reddit, Discord, etc.)

Organize outsourced production of promo content: videos, reviews, product demos

Grow product presence across social media, blogs, and niche communities, and discover new organic channels

Manage external contractors: negotiations, timelines, quality control

Work closely with the product team to quickly get assets, insights, and feedback

Stay on top of trends in AI, developer tools, and AI-driven communities
