This role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business priorities while building strong partnerships and promoting a culture that reflects the company's values.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and long-term talent development
Lead succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential talent initiatives to strengthen capability across manufacturing
Support organizational scaling and transformation by ensuring structure, leadership capacity, and talent pipelines align with future growth
Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring strategies anticipate future capability needs
Encourage a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance
Guide leaders through organizational change, helping teams adopt new structures, expectations, and new ways of working
Provide daily coaching and support to leaders on career development, performance management, talent planning, and employee relations issues
Act as a change management leader during key business or organizational shifts
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on leadership development, compensation, benefits, and staffing initiatives
Oversee administrative processes for the HR performance management system
Lead and support HR projects, data reporting, and key initiatives as needed
Offer expert guidance within the HR team, helping coordinate efforts and ensuring successful execution of shared goals

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and skill development
7-10 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, including navigating complex employee relations matters
Strong capability in HR data and analytics, leveraging workforce metrics to identify trends and drive meaningful action plans
Broad knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation, organizational diagnostics, employee relations, performance management, diversity, and employment law
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with strong attention to data accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing, and highly collaborative environment
Strong leadership presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal and customer-service skills
Ability to adapt, evolve, and scale HR processes as the organization grows

Preferred

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
