Responsibilities
Demonstrate a complete and thorough understanding of project plans and specifications
Orchestrate and manage the activities of field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and other building trades
Serve as the primary liaison with customer representatives, including owners, executives, managers, and field superintendents
Administer the review, submission, and distribution of all technical project documentation (submittals, IOMs, reports, etc.)
Manage project financials, including the monthly review of billings, payments, and change order documentation
Compose and administer contract change documents to accurately reflect project evolution
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing HVAC installation projects
Hands-on expertise with hydronics, air distribution, VRF systems, building automation and controls, and other new technologies
Technical proficiency with equipment such as air handlers, pumps, VAVs, VFDs, chillers, and cooling towers
Exceptional verbal and formal written communication skills are paramount
A strong capacity for team orchestration, collaboration, and focusing combined efforts towards a common goal
Demonstrated intensity, perseverance, and commitment to continuous self-improvement and technical skill expansion
Preferred
A 2-year or 4-year degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering preferred
