Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to translate business and technical requirements into scalable IT architectures

Support SMB clients across small and large initiatives, including help desk services

Develop architecture plans, roadmaps, and budgets tailored to varying client needs

Ensure infrastructure, compliance, cybersecurity, and resilience requirements are met

Simplify and optimize systems using modern design patterns and best practices

Evaluate and recommend third-party vendors and technologies

Execute assigned projects and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders

Drive adoption of architectural standards, tools, and technologies

Document architectural decisions, standards, and processes

Collaborate cross-functionally to implement effective technology solutions

Ensure transparency into technology costs and their strategic value

Required

Experience in designing and delivering scalable IT architectures
