FMV Intelligence Analyst
Geo Owl is looking for a dynamic professional to join their team as a Full Motion Video (FMV) Analyst. The role involves comprehensive training in intelligence disciplines and opportunities for career advancement while supporting global counterterrorism operations.

Responsibilities
Develop FMV tradecraft skills through a three-week formal training course followed by a robust on-the-job training program, including: Specialized instruction in FMV exploitation tools, Motion GEOINT techniques, Theater-specific cultural familiarization
Analyze and exploit FMV collected by ISR platforms, applying HUMINT and SIGINT to produce actionable intelligence
Create and distribute imagery-derived graphic products and reports for senior decision-makers across government agencies
Compile and prepare intelligence materials to support high-level briefings
Leverage advanced imagery tools, including electronic light tables, to exploit national technical means (NTM) imagery
Access career development opportunities on day one, including generous paid time off, education benefits, and structured advancement pathways
Explore rapid career progression, with potential cross-training into Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), FMV instruction, and FMV advanced research roles
Qualification
Required
3+ years in intelligence roles OR a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a customer-approved discipline
Completion of a formal intelligence school course (typically 3+ months full time) resulting in an Intelligence MOS (e.g., All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT)
Ability to type at least 32 words per minute with 90% accuracy without looking at the keyboard
Understanding of the basic intelligence cycle/process
Ability to accurately distinguish red, green, blue, and yellow on video screens
Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to successfully complete a polygraph
Flexible and dependable, able to work a rotating shift schedule (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am) that alternates days and nights monthly, including weekends and holidays
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking skills
A clear, effective communicator
Experienced in intelligence operations, especially the TCPED (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) process
Proactive about learning new skills and expanding your analytic and technical capabilities
Collaborative and innovative, able to solve problems creatively in partnership with government customers
Preferred
Prior military training and experience
Basic understanding of national-level imagery production standards
Familiarity with FMV exploitation and sensor capabilities
Experience analyzing national imagery
Ability to relay and articulate information effectively during high-tempo operations
Background in counterterrorism analysis
Proficiency solving routine tasks of varying complexity using established procedures
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
