Responsibilities
Source top talent using job boards, resume databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal networks
Craft and send targeted outreach messages to potential candidates (internal database and external market)
Screen and prequalify candidates for basic fit, availability, location, and compensation
Import and organize candidate data into Bullhorn and ensure records are complete and tagged accurately
Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize open roles and build proactive pipelines for recurring skill sets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Desire to have a career in sales or recruiting
High sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate and connect with all types of personalities with an organization
Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment
