The ideal candidate will ensure secure, scalable, and highly available systems supporting POS operations and corporate IT environments while managing a team of IT Managers and Support Specialists.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the enterprise IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business growth, security, and operational efficiency
Partner with executive leadership to plan and budget for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies
Lead and mentor a team of IT Managers and IT Support Specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
Oversee all network, server, and cloud infrastructure supporting corporate offices, data centers, and restaurant locations
Ensure high availability and performance of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems across all restaurants, including deployment, patching, and vendor management
Lead CCTV infrastructure strategy including installation standards, network video storage, and integration with corporate security systems
Establish and maintain monitoring systems, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for all critical infrastructure
Oversee and ensure the IT department consistently provides high-quality, timely support to end users across the corporate office and all restaurant locations
Oversee IT managers and support teams across the corporate office and all restaurant locations, ensuring effective application roadmaps, rollouts, upgrades, ongoing support, and key technology initiatives are successfully executed
Own the IT security roadmap, ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS, data privacy regulations, and internal security policies
Direct vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and network segmentation initiatives to secure POS environments
Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure IT security supports physical security initiatives (digital CCTV, access control)
Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and security integrators to optimize costs and service delivery
Serve as a key escalation point for IT incidents impacting restaurant operations or security systems
Communicate IT performance, risks, and initiatives to executive leadership and stakeholders in a clear, business-oriented manner
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure and security experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven experience managing multi-location restaurants, hospitality or retail IT environments, including POS systems (e.g., NCR, Toast, Micros)
Deep knowledge of network design, firewalls, VPN, and cloud infrastructure (Office365, Azure, AWS, or hybrid)
Strong expertise in Digital CCTV/IP camera solutions, video storage, and security monitoring technology
Demonstrated success in PCI compliance, security audits, and enterprise cybersecurity initiatives
Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
MS Azure, CISSP, CISM, or related cybersecurity certification
Experience with SD-WAN, SIEM solutions, and enterprise monitoring tools
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices
