Qualification
Required
BSME/BSAE
active PE (PA or ability to obtain quickly)
10+ years designing complex building systems
3+ years leading teams
Proven business-development chops
P&L savvy
Mastery of HVAC design software
A leadership style that blends rigor with genuine mentorship
