Responsibilities

Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion (and related analog) circuitry
Help to see circuit card development through its design phases, from requirements definition through initial integration testing
Guide ECAD drafters through layout and routing activities, with moderate support from senior engineers
Assist in layer stackup definition
Engage in personal technical growth
Clearly present your work product to functional and program leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major
Design, analysis, test, and/or simulation experience with one or more of the following non-isolated converter topologies: buck, boost, buck-boost
Beginner level experience using tools such as MATLAB, MathCAD, Mathematica, or other similar tools
This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
DoD Clearance: Secret

Preferred

A self-starter, a quick learner, be able to function in a dynamic environment, and have good time management skills. Should have an appreciation for how successful teams are structured
Experience communicating and documenting technical topics at the small team level
Experience with Mentor Graphics DxDesigner, and/or Hyperlynx
Experience with Circuit simulator SIMPLIS or LTSpice, and/or system simulator SABER
