Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for external clients, fostering strong, trust-based relationships

Manage and streamline communication channels between clients and internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment

Address client concerns, provide solutions, and proactively identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction

Lead and facilitate planning or requirement workshops, ensuring alignment on project goals, scope, and deliverables

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project objectives, success criteria, and execution roadmaps

Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into actionable insights for internal teams

Develop and maintain integrated project/product increment/release plans, incorporating dependencies across multiple workstreams

Ensure alignment of delivery plans with business goals, addressing risks and mitigating roadblocks proactively

Drive execution excellence by collaborating with project managers, product owners, and engineering teams

Manage and oversee project status updates, ensuring timely reporting to clients on progress, risks, and key milestones

Prepare and deliver structured reports, dashboards, and presentations that highlight performance metrics and insights

Facilitate decision-making through data-driven reporting and stakeholder engagement

Serve as the primary contact for internal Ascendion reporting and operational activities

Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and governance frameworks

Provide leadership with insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and drive strategic initiatives

Required

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively

Ability to operate with a long-term planning perspective and drive structured execution

Preferred

Experience with Agile, SAFe, or other project management methodologies is a plus
