Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery for infrastructure-focused digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Develop and implement a comprehensive developer experience improvement strategy and champion the adoption of DevOps practices to enhance development efficiency, deployment speed, and operational reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in the developer experience, fostering innovation and productivity
Work with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project outcomes
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and sustainability
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of digital transformation initiatives
Identify areas for continuous improvement and incubate new capabilities proving their viability before expanding across the organization
Implement Technology governance mechanisms including program management standards related to project planning, specification documentation, and executive/stakeholder reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology and/or financial services sector
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated experience in content creation and management for senior leadership
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
Experience in governance frameworks and processes
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Ability to analyze data and track KPIs effectively
Commitment to the highest ethical standards
