Guide a team of full stack web application developers
Evaluate and manage performance for the individuals on your team
Ensure the team is healthy, happy, productive, communicative, and working within the established technical and process guidelines
Provide technical leadership to the team and technical guidance to product stakeholders
Influence product and technical direction and help establish standards and processes
Develop features, solve problems, implement tests, and resolve issues
