Grubhub is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to support all Corporate functions with a focus on technology. The role involves acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, fostering a positive culture, and managing various HR functions including employee relations and talent management.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing coaching and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, career development, and organizational design
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Partner with leaders to develop and implement talent strategies, including succession planning, high-potential programs, and performance review cycles
Help leaders build and maintain effective teams. Identify and address training needs, and help facilitate team-building and change management initiatives
Work with the People team and leaders to manage compensation cycles and provide guidance on pay decisions, promotions, and job leveling
Use data to identify trends and proactively develop solutions to improve the employee experience
Champion Wonder's culture and values. Develop and implement programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
Lead and/or support the implementation of company-wide HR programs and initiatives within your client groups

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with at least 2 years supporting Technology, Product, or Supply Chain teams
Strong knowledge of HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations cases
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience with HRIS systems

Preferred

Experience in a startup or high-growth company
PHR or SHRM-CP certification
Experience with compensation planning and analysis
Experience working with a distributed or remote workforce
