Responsibilities

Driving strategic growth and business development for the health system by leveraging data driven insights, financial analysis, and market intelligence to inform decision-making and optimize service line performance

Developing business cases, forecasting trends, and identifying new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and affiliations

Acting as a key member of the strategic planning team

Ensuring alignment between enterprise goals and operational initiatives

Translating complex analytics into actionable strategies that support long-term financial sustainability and mission objectives

Fostering strong relationships with physicians, employers, and other stakeholders to enhance referral networks, employer engagement, and direct-to-consumer solutions

Overseeing programs such as bundled care and destination services, ensuring operational coordination, compliance, and measurable outcomes in revenue growth, referral development, and capacity utilization

Advancing the health system’s competitive position while improving community health and patient experience

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Five (5) years of management experience and demonstrated understanding of programmatic development and deployment

Required to demonstrate deep physician and employer relationship development

Master's Degree in Healthcare
