Responsibilities
Design and develop reliable, scalable, cost effective, reusable and maintainable pipelines, tools for increasing experimentation velocity across Intuit
Create reports, dashboards, new metrics to measure user behavior and product performance
Develop documentation, lead training sessions, and troubleshoot technical issues related to the experimentation platform
Influence platform roadmap with insights learnt from supporting business stakeholders
Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, product managers and engineers to deliver features and solutions that add business value and delight our customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
8+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying quantitative and scientific methods to solve real-world business problems
Advanced experience in statistical analysis, test design, and experimentation
Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets
Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker), and scripting languages (Python, R)
Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to construct impactful visualizations, communicate insights, and influence leadership
A proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity
