Required

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Healthcare Investment Banking
Proven M&A transaction experience
Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Strong academic record from a recognized U.S. college or university
Tier-1 financial modeling and Excel proficiency, with solid accounting fundamentals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics preferred
