Change Management Consultant
Cambay Solutions is a Microsoft Partner IT firm specializing in delivering innovative customer experience programs through technology solutions. They are seeking a Change Management Consultant to lead strategies during technology-driven transformations, focusing on stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption metrics to ensure successful implementation of systems like ERP and CRM.
Responsibilities
Conduct Change Impact Analysis
Identify impacted roles, processes, and systems for each migration or implementation
Deliver a comprehensive impact report to project leadership within agreed timelines
Develop and Execute Change Plans
Create communication plans with clear timelines and messaging for all stakeholder groups
Design and deliver training programs (e-learning, live sessions, user guides)
Build sponsorship roadmaps and coach leaders on their role in adoption
Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain a stakeholder register and readiness assessment dashboard
Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to address concerns and gather input
Communication Delivery
Draft and distribute concise communications (emails, FAQs, intranet posts)
Produce visual aids (infographics, short videos) to simplify technical changes
Training & Enablement
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure training aligns with system functionality
Manage super-user networks and provide coaching for champions
Support technical teams with development of job aids, materials and FAQs
Monitor Adoption & Resistance
Track adoption metrics (login rates, feature usage) and survey feedback
Escalate resistance issues and implement mitigation strategies promptly
Post-Go-Live Support
Conduct reinforcement activities (follow-up sessions, refresher training)
Document lessons learned and update change management templates for future projects
Collaboration & Governance
Partner with project managers to integrate change activities into overall project plans
Provide regular status updates on change readiness and adoption progress
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
5–10 years' experience in change management for technology implementations
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
Strong stakeholder management and executive coaching capabilities
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret adoption data and adjust strategies
Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar change methodologies
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Prosci or equivalent change certification, PMP and/or ITIL a plus
History of working in consulting or regulated sectors (public, healthcare, financial) a plus
Demonstrated success in remote/global or hybrid environments
