FIS is a leading company in the financial services sector, seeking a Product Support Representative I. In this role, you will provide in-depth product support and excellent customer service to FIS clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to product applications.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as transaction inquiries and mutual fund order processing

Provide in-depth product support and research client issues

Troubleshoot problems with software applications and recommend corrective action

Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development

Required

Prior banking or client service experience

Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills

Recent Technical Background is a plus

FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 ~ Please note: If you do not have either of these, you must be willing to take the tests with a passing score within the first 90 days of employment
