Responsibilities
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of ETL solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Lead a team of developers
Collaborate with stakeholders
Ensure data integration processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business requirements
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Blue Bell, PA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
Strong experience in SSIS development and support
Strong DataStage experience both in Support and Development
Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL
Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
Preferred
Good understanding of data integration, data quality and data architecture
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
Experience in Relational Modeling, Dimensional Modeling and Modeling of Unstructured Data
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting
Familiarity with other Microsoft BI tools (SSRS, SSAS) is a plus
Skilled in scripting languages including Python, Bash, and PowerShell
Familiarity with log and monitoring solutions
Experience in utilizing development containers, unit testing/code quality review/linting - standard best practice
Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks
Strong communication and Analytical skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams
Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
