Responsibilities

Identifies and recommends contracting process improvements to standardize performance indicators, promote risk mitigation, and improve cost containment

Drafts and reviews contracts and contract templates. Applies expertise to resolve novel and complex contractual issues

Assists with the vendor credentialing process

Supports Sourcing Service Line Manager on contract monitoring, analytics and execution

Works collaboratively with internal customers and vendors/suppliers to support contract negotiations and vendor sourcing efforts

Maintains the contract management database and generates reports as necessary

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel required

Experience with contract terminology

Independent thinker

Must be able to work in team setting

One (1) year experience in contracting or related field
