Responsibilities

Generate and source qualified franchise leads
Manage the entire franchise sales cycle, including: Initial outreach and discovery calls
Lead qualification Follow-up and nurturing Coordination through the franchise approval process
Present the Health Atlast franchise opportunity accurately and compliantly
Ensure all franchise discussions comply with federal and state franchise sales laws
Work closely with leadership and legal counsel to maintain compliance
Maintain CRM accuracy and sales documentation
Track leads, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics
Support brand-consistent marketing initiatives tied to franchise growth

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in sales, preferably franchise sales
Strong understanding of franchise sales compliance, including: What can and cannot be represented, Disclosure timing and restrictions
Comfortable managing high-value, consultative sales cycles
Strong communication and follow-up discipline
Ability to work on-site full-time in West Los Angeles
Organized, accountable, and metrics-driven

Preferred

Direct experience selling franchises
Experience marketing or selling within healthcare, including: Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, Physical Medicine / PM&R
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
Experience working with legal, compliance, or executive teams
