Greet and assist visiting clients; answer phones and resolve inquiries professionally
Provide billing support, process payments, and assist with claims reporting
Maintain accurate client records, correspondence, and systems
Communicate effectively with agents and support staff regarding client needs
Write tenant and other personal lines policies; make renewal and cancellation calls
Re-engage past clients and prospects through agency systems
Maintain organized, professional office operations and participate in team projects
Qualification
Required
Licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent in PA (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
5+ years of business administration experience; 2+ years of client service
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office while maintaining professionalism
Positive, client-first attitude with strong teamwork and confidentiality standards
