The Fidelity Bank is seeking a Loan Doc Review Specialist who will review all loan types for document package completion and accuracy. The role involves ensuring the bank's security interest is perfected and assisting branch personnel with exceptions.

Responsibilities

Review all documents for loans and renewals to ensure that the bank's security interest is perfected and that bank policies are adhered to. Ensure that all documents are imaged or noted as missing

Document all exceptions found during loan reviews. Review all documents submitted to clear exceptions and update the exception system as appropriate

Answer branch questions related to exceptions and help to educate branch personnel on how to clear and avoid exceptions

Other duties as assigned (examples: UCC monitoring, Appraisal Violation Report, etc.)

Required

High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience with loan documentation review and loan systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience
