M&A transaction experience from pitch to close
Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc
Comfortable speaking with C level executives
Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, both verbal and written
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence
Transactional experience as part of small team - drafting CIMs, managing data room, buyer outreach, managing diligence process etc

Required
2+ years of Technology IB experience
M&A transaction experience from pitch to close
