Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the credit union's business objectives, market trends, and member needs
Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather member feedback to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing ones
Set objectives that empower product development teams to achieve key business results
Champion a user-centric approach to design and ensure that digital products meet the needs and expectations of our members
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and technology, to ensure seamless product development and implementation
Leading conversations with existing and potential members of our ecosystem in order to identify evolvi
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of the financial services industry
Proven track record of product leadership
Passion for leveraging technology to deliver exceptional member experiences
Experience in developing and implementing a comprehensive product strategy
Ability to lead the product development process from ideation to launch
Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis
Ability to gather member feedback to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements
Experience setting objectives for product development teams
Ability to champion a user-centric approach to design
Experience providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a product management team
