Manage core accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Oversee billing and revenue recognition across multiple funding streams

Serve as a lead resource for grant accounting, compliance, and reimbursement reporting

Partner with program and department leaders on budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

Support payroll accounting and related reconciliations

Help strengthen systems, processes, and internal controls as the organization scales
