Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions to support talent acquisition operations and strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Manage and prioritize work items using Azure DevOps, ensuring timely delivery of User Stories and Tasks
Build and optimize data pipelines, semantic models, and visualizations within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem
Develop interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for recruiters and business leaders
Participate in daily and weekly team syncs to align on priorities, troubleshoot issues, and share progress
Query and manipulate large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and trends
Document technical processes, data models, and reporting solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and sustainability
Continuously improve existing analytics solutions based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Power BI in an analytics or reporting capacity
Minimum 3 years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries
Minimum 1 year of experience using Python or PySpark for data analysis or engineering tasks
Previous experience as an Analytics Engineer or Data Analyst, preferably focused on Talent Acquisition Analytics
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Advanced proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
Strong SQL skills for querying, data manipulation, and performance optimization
Working knowledge of Python and PySpark for data processing and analysis
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management and version control tools
Ability to translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices
Familiarity with the Microsoft Fabric stack, including pipelines, Notebooks, Lakehouse, and SQL endpoints
