Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing MIS policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and security
Retrieve, validate, and analyze data for audits, statistical reporting, and management purposes
Perform database housekeeping and ensure smooth operation of MIS systems
Provide technical assistance and training to staff on MIS applications and systems
Support planning and management of software and hardware installations and upgrades
Develop and maintain reporting systems to track KPIs and other metrics
Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and internal policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience in MIS or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in database management and reporting tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with coding and scripting languages (e.g. VBA, PowerShell, Python, etc.)
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
