Lead the HAZOPS board and team

Develop policies, procedures, and standards for hazard analysis and risk mitigation

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams

Oversee adjudication of safety waivers and regulatory interpretations

Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to industry best practices

Report directly to the Director of Safety

Focus on Process Safety Management (PSM) and continuous improvement initiatives

Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics

Act as the bridge between the HAZOPS board and manufacturing teams

Ensure hazard analysis findings are integrated into workflows and operational procedures
