Military Sales Director

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for U.S. and international government markets
Lead opportunity capture and proposal efforts for avionics and SaaS solutions
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with DoD and military stakeholders
Serve as the primary customer contact and represent Teledyne at industry events
Negotiate contracts and pricing in collaboration with internal teams
Generate market analysis and insights to support growth initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful program execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technical, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in military/government sales or avionics programs
Proven success in capturing and managing large-scale DoD/government contracts
Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and FAR/DFARS compliance
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
